WHO CAN ATTEND?
Youth who are in grades 7-12 (during school year 2017-18) are invited to attend the Prevention Leadership Conference as participants. Youth who have previously attended the PLC and who are in grades 9-12 may apply to serve as PLC Interns.
Chaperoning Young People
PLC encourages a minimum of one adult advisor/chaperone for every 4 youth, and emphasizes that adults are responsible for the actions and safety of the youth they bring. Adults (age 21+) bringing youth to the conference should establish behavior expectations and consequences prior to arrival.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Registration fee: $50 (for both student and adult participants)
Your registration covers: 3 delicious meals and two snacks, inspiring workshop and keynote sessions, comfortable overnight lodging at the Holiday Inn St. Louis – Route 66, team-building activities, high-quality free-time activities, t-shirt, flash drive pre-loaded with conference resources, a chance to network and meet students from around the greater St. Louis area… and FUN!
